Do you wish to return a product that you don't need or ordered incorrectly?
Nepco gladly accepts product returns up to 30 days after purchase. Unused items must be unopened, in original packaging and in resalable condition. The customer is responsible for any shipping fees, when applicable for items returned to Nepco. Once received, your returned merchandise will be inspected and credited accordingly. We reserve the right to charge a 15 % restocking fee on all returnable merchandise. Did you receive the wrong product?
Nepco strives to accurately take and deliver orders with zero errors. However, if you do receive the wrong product we will make sure that we correct the error asap! Please inspect your order when you receive it. Discrepancies discovered more than 7 days after delivery may be subject to a 15 % restocking fee.
Defective item?
Nepco stands behind its products and will help you with the occasional defective product. Call our Returns Department and they will help you through the process, including replacing the defective product as soon as possible. Final Sale Items
